The 80's weren't that bad

I have to say that after the 80's party and listening to loads of 80's music, I don't think they were all that bad. In fact, even now I'm listening to Stryper and they're great! And Whitecross to, they're radical! And I really enjoyed dressing up like an 80's rocker and seeing other friends dressed from that decade. And going to Tim Horton's looking like a 80's freak was totally fly! I think someone sugested that we have 80's theme church services, gnarly dude!!

Anyway, thats what I think.

I'm so tickled by the fact you used the word GNARLY in your post, Steve! Haven't heard that fanatastic adjective in a while...

Nathan, your crazy dude. And I think Jeremy does have your childhood, I saw him using it the other day.

So back to the 80's thing. My good buddy Gary lent me a cd of the band Deliverance. They started in the late 80's and continued throught the 90's. I flippin love them! They are a christian hard rock band. They kinda remind me of Sepultura...kinda. later dudes and dudettes!

My youth pastor used to TRY and get me into Whitecross and Petra. At the time I was listening to DCTalk and Audio Adrenaline waring pink and green slouch socks, cut off shorts and button up jean tank tops.(It goes without saying but I was a NERD!)Hey, did you see Andrew G's 80's dances his sister taught him? Heh heh, he's waaaay to good at that.
YAY for The Cure!
